These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Besalis ("we", "us") and the SkillHub marketplace. By purchasing or downloading a skill package, you agree to these Terms.
1. What you're buying
Each skill package is a digital, non-physical product licensed for use with AI agents. Unless a listing says otherwise, a purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the package and its future updates.
2. Payments
All payments are processed by Creem.io, our merchant of record. Creem handles billing, sales tax/VAT, and invoicing on our behalf.
3. Refunds

4. Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense a skill package without written permission.
