These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Besalis ("we", "us") and the LaunchAgents marketplace. By purchasing or downloading an extension package, you agree to these Terms.
1. What you're buying
Each extension package is a digital, non-physical product licensed for use with AI agents. Unless a listing says otherwise, a purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the package and its future updates.
2. Payments
All payments are processed by Creem.io, our merchant of record. Creem handles billing, sales tax/VAT, and invoicing on our behalf.
3. Refunds

4. Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense an extension package without written permission.
